Service Fees
NoRegifting charges a service fee of 7.77%. This fee, and the PayPal fees that we incur by receiving your cash gifts, are added to the Cash Gift at the time of purchase. This is explained next to the payment buttons on each Occasion Page that is created by a NoRegifting member. So, for instance, the cost of purchasing a $10 gift for the Occasion is $11.37.

Registration
It is free to become a Member of NoRegifting.com. Only members may create Occasion Pages. Although non-members may actually purchase a Cash Gift for a Member, we encourage all users to register. In doing so, you've already taken the first step toward creating your own Occasion pages for future events!

Member Conduct
No spam. No swearing. Please play nice with all NoRegifting members and guests!

Non-Profit
NoRegifting.com is a great place to support charitable organizations. NoRegifting.com is not responsible for the charitable giving efforts conducted through our site. It is solely up to the Member to maintain their own records for tax purposes.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless NoRegifting.com from any claim, liability, cost, damage or loss it may incur as a result of your use of this site.

Disclaimer of Liability
NoRegifting.com will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the NoRegifting.com site.
